Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Funcab Karaoke! We’re thrilled to have you join us for an unforgettable experience. When you make a booking, your card is not charged immediately; You will be charged a Deposit of $40-60 depending on a ride, it is kept on file for potential cancellation, damaged equipment or no-show fees. The rest you will be charged at the beginning of the ride with payment: ether in cash- no taxes or card, Venmo or cash ap (Card, Venmo or cash ap will include taxes). For example, if you book for nine people and arrive with seven, you will only be charged for seven. We allow a reduction of up to 2 people from the original booking. If you book for nine and arrive with five, you will still be charged for 7. Please note that payment for your ride is required upon arrival, and you will be asked to sign a waiver at that time. It’s important to inform everyone in your group about our rules, which you can find on our website. We want to remind you that we have specific fees for any damages to our equipment, so please handle everything with care. Additionally, if you arrive intoxicated or bring hard liquor with the intent to drink during the ride, we will have to stop the ride and you will face a permanent ban. Please be aware that your card on file will be charged for any cancellations, no-shows, or damages incurred during your Funcab karaoke ride. You can cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your trip Fee Free, thank you. If you want to cancel 23 hours before the trip, 50% will be paid back. Cancelation 12 hour or less before the Trip No Refund will be given.
